A group of Indian women aged 27-35 are continuing journey through 10 countries in Asia with large displacement motorcycles, after visiting Vietnam for two days.

Many people asked if I was being done to empower women, I always said no, because women already are there right then, they are not very important in the family there?

Four members of the group include Sarika Biking Queens J. Mehta, N. Desai khyāti, Yugma J. Desai and Durriya M. Tapia began the journey lasted 40 days from his Surat, India earlier this month, is expected to go through Northeast India, Bhutan, Nepal, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia and Singapore.

In Vietnam, the delegation moved a total distance of 1.500km, after arriving from Laos via the border gate Gia Lai, and just left City last weekend.

The trip by the WHO and the Indian government support, were carried out to promote the campaign "beti Bachao, Padhao beti" (roughly translated as Save and girls' education) by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi initiated to to raise awareness about women's welfare.
