Inspector of the Hanoi Department of Construction said that since early this year, building inspection force levels in the city of Hanoi has more than 10,000 works inspection, detection and profiling violates the construction order ( TTXD) for 1,592 cases. Of the 1,592 cases have established works violation records, PC at all levels have handled 980 cases (183 cases coercion); more than 600 cases are continuing resolution. Amount sanctioned from works of over 13 billion, up 82% compared to the same period of 2015.

Concerning the issue order management built on the area of Hanoi, recently, Hanoi People's Committee to issue documents 4219 / Investment Committee, requested the establishment of interdisciplinary inspection team, test management construction order. Accordingly, the city Department of Construction Affairs chaired, advising established interdisciplinary inspection team, consisting of 05 working groups examine and handle violations in the orderly management of construction and land management belt, architectural planning related to construction order in the province of Tay Ho, Dong Da, Cau Giay, Thanh Xuan, Hoang Mai, Ha Dong, Hai Ba Trung, Nam Tu Liem and Thanh Bac Liem Tri.
The Department of Planning and Architecture, Resources and Environment, Agriculture and Rural Development, Inspector City, People's Committees of districts send the list of officers who participated in interdisciplinary inspection team. Leaders of departments will examine its head; Chairman of the district (or Vice-President in charge of urban construction) and officials of specialized departments of the other offices of the member inspection team.
