Central Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has issued a dispatch stating to ensure absolute safety for persons and property on the team volunteering campaign to the 2016 Summer Youth Volunteer.
The official stated, in order to ensure enhanced safety for the youth team, student volunteers participate in voluntary youth campaign Summer 2016, the Secretariat of the Central Union proposal of the provinces and delegations, affiliated union seriously now 3 content deployment.
Specifically, check the Youth Volunteer squad is working locally to know the number, composition, duration, location, content and mode of operation of the team.
Committees must report to authorities about volunteering. Besides, directing local youth organizations in coordination with the Union where the squad celebration of volunteering, keep close relationship with the person in charge, the volunteers thoroughly uphold the sense of observing century during volunteer law to avoid unfortunate accidents that may occur.
In particular, to ensure the absolute safety of persons and property for the volunteer squad, which focus: traffic safety when traveling, not living in dangerous places: near rivers, streams, ponds, lakes, cliffs ... and in bad weather conditions (thunderstorms, flash floods ...).
2-7 last days, three female students of Hanoi Foreign Trade University Vu Thi Rub (20 years old, born in Hai Duong), Nguyen Thi Hai (19 years old, born in Nghe An), Nguyen Thi Ngan (19 years, Hanoi ) were washed away while volunteering in the mountainous district of Binh Lieu, Quang Ninh.
3-7 days to find the bodies of three new volunteers fated.
