Truong Minh Tuan was born in 1960 in Dong Hoi, Quang Binh is the political doctorate. He has held positions: Head, head of the Permanent Central Propaganda Committee in the city of Da Nang, Director of Information Center of propaganda activities, the Central Propaganda Department, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda.
May 1-2014, the Prime Minister signed a decision to appoint Mr. Truong Minh Tuan holds the Deputy Minister of Information and Communications.
At the Congress of the XII th National Party, he was elected to the Board Tuan Central Executive.
At the 11th session of the National Assembly XIII, May 4-2016, the National Assembly has ratified Truong Minh Tuan served as Minister of Information and Communications.
