System "diamond ramification" help create the flyover roads as vehicles can help to right or left to run without having to cross the street as before.
Although in the picture it looks a bit complicated, this design is quite simple. For example, you are driving from west to east and when to intersections, red lights turn up to the other side of the car away from the crossing. If you want to turn right, you're just along the road side, it will merge with southbound boulevard. And if you want to turn left, you just go in the direction of the northern slope.

Since 2009, this diamond design has been implemented in 62 intersections spanning 22 USA states and it has brought unexpected effect. Researchers said, the parameters monitored before and after the accident to apply new design shows the overall accidents decreased by 33% and cases of injury to the victims fell to 41%.
Traffic management systems are popular in the US by Chlewicki Gilbert, founder of the center advanced traffic solution.
This design is built in the US for the first time was in Springfield, Missouri in 2009 (while France had a few from the 1970s) and Chlewicki attended the ribbon cutting.
